In the USA, traditional mail volume has been declining for many years. The number of letters sent by American adults has been falling since 1996. But Americans’ use of the mail has great variation, according to a report by the USPS OIG. I chat with two of the report's authors, Ian Stanford and Tyler Reinagel.
